This watercolor painting is of the critically endangered Lesser Caymans Iguana (Cyclura nubila caymanensis). This majestic iguana is a subspecies of the Cayman Iguana and is only found on two islands where it is considered a keystone species. Yet, it's combined populations is currently less than 2,000 animals.

This original work is 8" x 11" and created on Arches watercolor paper. This work is matted and framed behind museum quality glass.
